Three dead in road accident in UP

Lucknow, Apr 9 :  Three people were crushed to death by a speeding truck on PGI police station area in the state capital, police sources said on Tuesday.
According to them, the truck en-route Rae Bareli from Lucknow when it jumped the divider and crushed two people travelling on a bike and another standing near a road side Dhaba near Kalli west around about at around 2230 hours on Monday.
The deceased have been identified as Rajnish (35) and Manish Kumar (28), who were travelling on the motorcycle while the other deceased was Ram Kumar (50).
The driver of the truck has been taken in custody, police added.
