New Delhi, Apr 5 : The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear on April 10 RJD chief and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s plea seeking bail in fodder scam cases.
A bench, headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi, said, ‘We would hear the plea on April 10.’
Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, appearing for the petitioner, mentioned before the bench for an urgent hearing, to which, it said, ‘we would hear it on April 10.’
The former Bihar CM is serving jail term in connection with multi-crore fodder scam cases.
