PM Modi lauds ISRO scientists for successful launch of EMISAT satellite

New Delhi, Apr 1  : On his campaign trail in Wardha in Maharashtra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday complimented successful launch of ISRO’s PSLVC45.
“I would like to congratulate our space scientists and ISRO for their achievement. By successfully launching PSLVC45, more than two dozen of satellites from countries countries were sent to space,” Prime Minister said while addressing a rally at Wardha.
He said the launch of India’s EMISAT satellite successfully will be considered a historic leap.
All 28 foreign nano satellites were successfully placed in orbit by PSLV-C45, ISRO said.
The launch was carried out from Sriharikota with textbook precision.
The national space agency’s workhorse launch vehicle PSLV-C45, carrying the payloads on board, lifted off from its spaceport, Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikotta at 0927 hrs, official sources said.
