Muslims help perform last rites of kashmiri pandit in Baramulla

Baramulla 03 Jan 2021: The Muslim neighbourhood in north Kashmir’s Baramulla area helped perform the last rites of young Kashmiri Pandit on Sunday.

According to details, as soon as the news of the death of 28-year-old lokesh Bhat locally known as Raju from the area spread, members of Muslim community came together to help in performing his last rites. Lokesh has received serious injuries in a car accident six months back.

Many people including the members from Pandit Community visited the home of the deceased to express condolences with the deceased family.

District adminstration and police officails also joined hands with the locals to help them perform the last rites.
