Bengaluru,: Prime minister Narendra Modi, have deeply condoled the demise of the renowned playwright, actor and theater personality, Girish Karnad, who passed away on Monday morning.
Prime minister in his tweeter message said that “Girish Karnad will be remembered for his versatile acting across all mediums. He also spoke passionately on causes dear to him. His works will continue being popular in the years to come,” adding that saddened by the demise, may his soul rest in peace.
