Fuel prices hike after two days of stability

New Delhi, Apr 12 : Petrol prices registered an increase of six paise per litre on Friday across major cities of the country while diesel rates are increased by eight paise per litre.
In Delhi, petrol retails at Rs 72.86 per litre (yesterday Rs 72.80 paise per litre) while diesel costs Rs 66.19 a litre., an eight paise rise.
In Mumbai, people have to shell out Rs 78.43 per litre as against Rs 78.37 on Thursday while diesel retails at Rs 69.27 per litre.(UNI)
