Rahul Gandhi refused for Cong-AAP alliance: Kejriwal

New Delhi, Apr 1 :  Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said Congress president Rahul Gandhi has refused for an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Talking to the mediapersons at the airport here, Mr Kejriwal said he had met Mr Gandhi recently and he had refused to join hands with the AAP.
On Delhi Congress chief Sheila Dikshit’s comment that she was never approached by AAP for an alliance, the CM said,”We have met Rahul Gandhi. Sheila Dikshit is not that important a leader.”
Mr Kejriwal campaigned for Chandrababu Naidu at a massive rally in Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee was also present at the rally.
Delhi has seven Lok Sabha seats and it will go to polls on May 12.
