Thieves strike in Anantnag village, decamp with lakhs of rupees

Anantnag29 March :  Taking advantage of the night thieves barged in the house of Malik Aejaz Ahmad S/O Muhammad Maqbool Malik R/O Hakura Badasgam[Malikpora] area of Anantnag District and whisked away a hard cash of more than ₹200,000(Two Lakh), besides vandalising other belongs.

The incident happened on the intervening night of 28 / 29 March.

People of the area have expressed serious concern over the theft and want a stern action to be initiated through police authorities by launching an effective manhunt against the culprits involved in crime.
